Kelly’s clinical experience is characterized by her ability to manage complex cases in high-pressure environments, such as the Emergency Room and Med-Surgical ICU at South Brooklyn Health’s Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital. She is proficient in advanced assessments, stabilizing critically ill patients, and managing life-support equipment including ventilators and arterial lines. Her background also includes extensive work in home health care, where she creates individualized care plans and conducts UAS-certified home evaluations.
