A graduate of St. John’s University of NY, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant studies and is dual-licensed in New York and New Jersey. With a career spanning over a decade, Marcelo has developed a specialized skill set in minimally invasive procedures and patient-centered diagnostic imaging.

Currently serving at Astra Vascular, Marcelo focuses on advanced treatments for vascular conditions, including varicose vein sclerotherapy and laser ablation. His clinical repertoire also includes complex embolization procedures for fibroids, hemorrhoids, and prostate issues, as well as providing consultations for weight loss and peripheral artery disease (PAD). His technical proficiency is backed by years of experience in performing PICC line placements and port-catheter access.

In addition to his vascular work, Marcelo contributes to the field of aesthetic medicine, specializing in hair restoration (FUE) for the scalp, beard, and eyebrows, as well as regenerative therapies like PRP/PRF and stem cell injections.
